Local Parks and Hikes
If you’re interested in experiencing some of the nature that the Bay Area has to offer, we have assembled a list of some of our favorite local (and not-so-local) parks that you should check out while in town for our wedding. Be aware that we do recommend having a car to reach these parks, as they often are not located in areas readily accessible by public transit.
Reinhardt Redwood Regional Park

This is another local regional park where we often go on hikes among stands of redwoods in the Oakland hills.
Muir Woods National Monument

This is a stunning old-growth redwood grove located just north of San Francisco. Reservations are required for entry, so be sure to book in advance!
