FAQs

If these still don't answer a question you have, please reach out to Kapua or Kalā!
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, August 14th!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear Aloha Attire. See the "Guest Attire" tab for more information. We will be outside for our ceremony, sun protection like a wide brim pāpale (hat) and sun glasses is encouraged. Clothes to keep you cool and comfortable will be best! There will be some walking on grass, cute flats and sandals are great.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at the venue, however our party is quite large. We encourage carpooling with as many people as possible. If needed, street parking may be available, but is not the safest option (especially at night) as the venue is at a winding portion of the road.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Arriving to the park between 2:30 and 3:00pm is great. Our ceremony will start at 3:00pm.

Question

Who can I bring to the wedding/reception?

Answer

Please only bring a guest or child if they are included (by name or as "guest" or "child") in your invitation. Feel free to reach out to Kapua or Kalā if you are unsure about the guest list!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are downsizing our physical belongings after moving our two homes together this year. We always love lei and monetary contributions to support our new chapter together. Our registry includes a way to contribute any monetary gifts digitally if you wish to do so!
