FAQs

If you have any other questions that are not listed on here, please contact either Jan or Kalia!
Question

What are you doing about COVID regulations and keeping guests safe?

Answer

Great question! Health and safety are our top priorities and we want to make sure that we are following CDC and State guidelines to ensure no one gets sick. We will be providing a zoom option and are asking for guests to show proof of vaccination or show proof of negative COVID test within a week of the wedding (no earlier than Monday). We will be providing hand sanitizer, disposable masks, and color-coded wristbands to communicate each guest's preference in physical distancing.

Question

Can I bring a date/children?

Answer

If your date's/children's name is listed on the invitation, yes! If not, we prefer to have just you at our wedding. Please be aware seating is limited and we've already hit capacity.

Question

Will there be a zoom option/Can we attend via zoom?

Answer

Yes there will be! It is currently in the works, but we will let you know as soon as we have a link available. Please let us know directly and asap if you are interested in attending via zoom.

Question

Will we be required to wear masks and maintain physical distancing?

Answer

As of now, we are not mandating guests to wear masks, however, we are asking guests to show proof of vaccination or negative COVID test no earlier than the Monday before the wedding. We will also be providing disposable masks, hand sanitizer, and color-coded bracelets to signify comfort levels. Please be mindful that there will be guests who are in the more vulnerable demographic.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 4:30 pm on the dot, but doors will open for seating at 4:15 pm.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the structure behind the building (Broadway and 3rd). Please bring $5-10 for parking. Walk straight down on either Broadway or Sycamore towards 2nd to get to the venue.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We have a wedding registry on Amazon and Target. We'd appreciate your presence on our special day.

Question

When and how can I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP online or mail the included RSVP card. Let us know if you have technical difficulties RSVPing and we will be sure to mark you down!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We've notified the catering company of nut allergies and vegetarian accommodations, but please let us know if there are any other food allergies that we need to be aware of!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We reserved an open bar! Please be advised that shots are not included. However, wine, beer, and mixed drinks will be included. Don't forget to tip the bartender!
