Denver Airport

Cheyenne doesn't have a major airport, but Denver International airport is about two hours away by car or shuttle. You can fly directly into Cheyenne Regional Airport, but you must book the flight with American Airlines with a connecting flight from Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

There is a shuttle service to and from the Denver airport and Cheyenne. They offer senior rates, so please be sure to click on that link after selecting book now. The cost is either $55 or $70 each way, per person. It is $55 if you are dropped off at a hotel available on their drop down menu (Candlewood Suites, Days Inn, Hampton Inn, Little America, Microtel Inn Suites, Red Lion Hotel, or Springhill Suites). You can always select one of these hotels even if you are not staying at that specific hotel. You can always get a taxi (Uber, Lyft, TI Shuttle) to take you to a different hotel. It is $70 each way, per person, if you choose a specific address of a different hotel or rental home, for example. If you have any questions, they are very helpful. Car Rentals Out of Denver Airport

Denver Airport offers numerous car rental companies. Please view their website for all of the options. My one suggestion is don't skimp on the insurance coverage! Ask about coverage on hail damage. This is not a joke, the hail here can get pretty large during the summer storms.
