When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are not registered anywhere.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony at least 15 minutes early, approximately 4:45 pm, to ensure everyone is seated and ready for the short ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We ask that our guests please wear something a little snazzy, but please feel free to accessorize with your favorite western wear (cowboy boots, hats, jewelry, etc)!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a date, please RSVP accordingly. If not, please do not bring a date. There will be plenty of friendly people to mingle with!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

If you have a food allergy, please contact Kaley at your earliest convenience and she will make sure it is taken care of.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot located down the street on W 15th street and Thomes Ave. Street parking is also available in the downtown area, just please be sure to read the street signs regarding restrictions.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Since there are so many hotel accommodations, we won't be arranging transportation to and from any specific hotel. Make sure to check with your hotel for courtesy shuttles! Please view the travel section for details for other options.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We are planning on keeping the party going after the reception at a local bar in town. Come join us until they make us go home! Other than that, there are not any formal events planned. For our out of town family and friends, let us know if you are staying any additional days and we would love to show you around and spend time together!
