Oh Be Joyful River Hang-Out

Anything goes — sundresses and sandals, jeans and tees, or whatever feels most like you.
No pressure at all, but if you’re in town and feel like hanging out, we’d love to see you! Bring a swimsuit and towel and join us at the river for cold drinks, snacks, and some laid-back nature time. It’s about a 20-minute drive from town. While transportation won’t be provided, we’re more than happy to help coordinate rides if you need one. Weather dependent.

Saturday Morning Activity Block
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
All activities in this block are optional, and happening simultaneously. Golf Scramble: Want to see how far your drive goes at 9,000ft? Meet at the Club at Crested Butte Skyland for 18 holes with groom! Approx. Cost: $140 Fly Fishing: Come participate in Kaleigh and Drew's favorite summer pastime. No experience required, the cost comes with all the gear you'll need, and an expert guide. Kaleigh guarantee's you'll catch a fish! Just plan to arrange your own transportation to the meet-up spot. Approx. Cost: $300 Horseback Riding: Ride up towards Gothic mountain through the largest aspen stand in the US. Gorgeous views guaranteed. This will be a beginner trail ride, walking only. Please plan to provide your own transportation. Approx. Cost: $160 Three Lake Loops Hike: 90 minute moderate hike (1.5 miles), 570ft of elevation gain throughout the hike. We’ll meet at Camp4Coffee at 8:45am to caravan to Lost Lake Campground together. Fresh air great views, and good company guaranteed!
Saturday Afternoon Activity Block

Athletic Attire
All activities in this block are optional and happening simultaneously. Pickleball Round Robin: Grab your racquet and stick it in your suitcase, you've got a game to play! No partner? No problem, come with your best dink shot for a great time. Some loose knowledge of pickleball is suggested. Afternoon Hike Brush Creek Trail: Easy down and back hike, turn around whenever you'd like. Minimal elevation gain with gorgeous views of brush creek along your walk.
Welcome Party
6:00 pm - 9:30 pm

Dressy casual, jeans are okay. No pointy heels. Warm clothes.
Join us at Rainbow Park for the best sunset view of Mt. Crested Butte and share a cheers with us! Dinner, drinks, and live music provided. It gets cool when the sun goes down, we suggest bringing a jacket.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

Semi-Formal: Suits and long dresses. The ceremony will be on grass so for your comfort we recommend non-pointy shoe choices.
We can't wait to say "I do"! Join us on the 10th hole tee box. The ceremony will begin exactly at 4pm so please plan to arrive by 3:45pm. Shuttles will be provided from the Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte Chamber of Commerce and Visitor Center in town to the venue. More details on shuttles to follow. Join us for cocktails, dinner, and dancing after the ceremony!
