Trae was Daniel's Residency Director when he was a Resident Assistant of his dormitory in his Sophomore Year, but beyond that, he has been a great friend and inspiration to Daniel. Trae graduated from Campbell University's Divinity School and is now the Student and Young Adult Pastor at United Church in Apex, NC
Casidy Havird
Bridesmaid
Casidy has been a close friend of the couple for several years. She is one of Kaitlyn's sorority sisters and was originally referred to as Madam President. Cas is a charcuterie board queen and she has enabled many Target and Home Good trips.
Kyla Jones
Bridesmaid
Kyla in medical school with Daniel and was also in the same Masters program. She often helps Kaitlyn in keeping Daniel out of trouble and in turn has become one of her favorite people. Kyla is always prepared for anything with a bottle of wine.
Jessica Newman
Bridesmaid
Another one of Kaitlyn's sorority sisters, Jess is always there for the bride-to-be. One of Daniel’s first memories of Jess was of her threatening Daniel to take care of her girl, or she will come to get him. She is always ready for a good time and Kaitlyn appreciates having someone around who understands her clinical research memes.
Brooke Williams

Brooke is Kaitlyn's big sister from her sorority and has always been such an inspiration to her. They have shared many crazy late nights together with the rest of their Sassy Family. Brooke was one of the first people who knew about Kaitlyn's crush on Daniel and has been so supportive ever since.
Alex Smith

Affectionately referred to as "Lil Nug", Alex is Kaitlyn's little sister from her sorority days at Campbell University and also a former roommate. Alex is fun-loving and always a great person to be around. Watch out for her on the dance floor!
Elizabeth van Rooyen

Elizabeth is Daniel’s younger sister the only girl amongst a family of five brothers. Kaitlyn and Elizabeth often gang up on Daniel and force him to take them out for boba tea. Kaitlyn has always wanted a younger sister and is happy to have one in Elizabeth.
Stella Monroe

Look at that face! What can be said about Stella that isn't obvious? She is adorable, funny, and wonderful. She is basically a mini Kaitlyn, complete with the Starbucks obsession. We are blessed to have this little girl as our flower girl, and thankful to her mom and dad for letting us borrow her on our special day!
Chris Dagdag
Groomsman
Chris is also one of Daniel’s medical school classmates who has quickly become one of his closest friends. He is always down for rock climbing, grabbing a bite to eat, or long study sessions. Chris enjoys a good concert and is (almost) a professional street dancer. He is definitely one to keep an eye out for on the dance floor!
Jacob Boutros

Jacob is everything Daniel could ask for in a groomsman. He is one of Daniel’s medical school classmates and Daniel feels like they have been friends their whole lives. Jacob has the most wholesome vibes and is always supportive of Daniel. He is such a sweetheart, but would probably fight someone over Kaitlyn's chocolate brownies.
Brittany Apple

Usually referred to as "Baps", Brittany is always down for a get-together and cooks some awesome hibachi on the Blackstone. She is also another one of Kaitlyn's sorority sisters and they first became friends in undergrad. Brittany and Daniel completed the same Master's program together along with Kyla. She and Daniel first bonded over their love of Harry Potter.
Will Green
Groomsman
Will is one of Daniel’s first friends from medical school. He has such a crazy sense of humor which matches quite well with Daniel’s. The two have been known to have long conversations about the weirdest things. Will is an amazing musician, singer, and songwriter and has been known to compose songs about the trials and tribulations of medical school. Surprisingly, Will is still good friends with Daniel after he accidentally threw him off a jet ski at Lake Tillery… oops.
Garrett Mozingo

Garrett is Daniel's unofficial little brother, having been in the same classes in undergrad and graduate school. Garrett is an amazing chef and he often has "food wars" with Daniel to compete and make the best chili or mac and cheese. Garrett has been a great friend to the couple even though he constantly destroys them at Super Smash Bros.
Logan Allen
Groomsman
Logan is one of Daniel's closest friends and is always there for the couple. They became close during undergrad at Campbell and have stuck by each other through thick and thin. Logan survived Daniel's infamous spicy chili and all of his other weird food creations. Logan is a great bud and always down for some sushi and brews!
Alex Yates

Alex is Kaitlyn's younger brother and is currently a freshman at UNC-Chapel Hill. He pretends to not know Daniel's actual name and often refers to him as "David" or "Dylan". Daniel is excited to finally get a little brother to pick on.
