What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Doors to The Mansion will open at 3:30pm. Please do not arrive before 3:30pm as the couple will be charged an early arrival fee! We recommend planning to arrive no later than 3:45 pm EST so that we can begin promptly at 4pm. Light seasonal refreshments will be provided by The Mansion as you find your seats.

Will there be parking?

Answer

Yes! There are two parking lots: one next to The Mansion and one directly across the street. You will be directed to a lot based on availability by the venue's parking attendants.

Will the venue be wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is a ramp into The Mansion from the deck. Wheelchairs can also be pushed on the grass and onto the path leading into the barn.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue from Downtown Saratoga?

May I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a plus one, then yes! If you would like to make a request, please reach out to the bride and groom.

While we love children, our wedding will be an adults-only event.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please indicate your dietary restrictions when you RSVP. Chef Rick will gladly make personalized plates for those with certain dietary restrictions or allergies.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

Feel free to take as many photos as you would like during the cocktail hour and reception! But we ask that no photos be taken during the ceremony, please.

Who took your engagement photos? Where did you take them?

Answer

We chose @hannahlorschphotofilm as our photographer, a recommendation from Kaitlyn's former coworker. She's based in Gilbert, AZ, and specializes in wedding, engagement, and family portrait sessions. Hannah took our photos in Downtown Gilbert, AZ, our favorite hang-out spot!

What are your plans after the wedding?

We are heading to Cancún, Mexico for our honeymoon! After our honeymoon, we will begin our new chapter of married life back in Chandler, AZ.
