When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP online, by phone, or by mail no later than 01 May 2021.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We do have a registry at Bed Bath and Beyond and Belk. However, please know that your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony no earlier than 4PM. We will be setting up and taking photos prior to that time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

On our day we would like to be surrounded by our closest family and friends. However, the people that are important to you are important to us. If you would like to bring a plus one, please reach out to us and we will help figure it out.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! All family members are welcome. If you'd like a special kids meal, please let us know.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at two hotel locations. All details can be found under our travel page. If you need further assistance finding accommodations, please reach out!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please just let us know if you need any food accommodations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing complimentary valet parking at the Hermitage Hotel for the entire duration of our event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately transportation between the hotels and the ceremony is not available. However please take advantage of valet parking at the Hermitage Hotel, or the variety of transportation options in Nashville.

Are the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Our whole evening will take place at the Hermitage Hotel. Afterwards it is short walk to all of the exciting Nashville nightlife.
