This restaurant is actually owned by a family member of the bride! It is a cool sports lounge in Richmond with a sports bar, a ton of TV’s to watch games and yummy American food.
Red River Gorge is located in Powell County, Kentucky only an hour away from the venue. If you are planning on spending the weekend, this is our favorite spot to hike. They also have many activities such as underground kayaking, zip lining, a sky lift, beautiful cabins, and some great places to eat (including Miguel’s pizza).
For those that are flying in, Evan’s Orchard and Cider Mill is a beautiful farm in Scott County that you can go to pick fresh fruit and flowers, drink fresh apple cider, and go on a hayride to see the most beautiful flower fields. It is 45 minutes from the wedding venue, 25 minutes from the Bluegrass Airport in Lexington and 1 hour from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International airport. This would be a great halfway point for someone flying into Louisville to check out.
