Shuttle
Shuttle From Holiday Inn and The Rushmore hotels to the venue and back
June 8, 2024 2:20 pm - 10:00 pm
There will be a shuttle taking guests to and from the wedding venue leaving the Holiday Inn at 2:25pm then going to the Rushmore and leaving at 2:40 to take guests to the venue to attend the ceremony at 3:30pm. The shuttle will then be making trips back to the hotels leaving the venue at 8:30pm, 9:45pm, and 11pm exactly.

Rapid City
Guests flying in will want to fly into Rapid City airport (RAP). I would suggest a rental car for those wanting to explore the beautiful Black Hills.

There is a room block reserved under Bollinger/Engesser Wedding. Rooms must be reserved by 5/08/2024 so reserve your rooms ASAP. Must call the hotel directly to book. This hotel DOES NOT have a swimming pool.

The La Quinta and Fairfield Inn are connected to the Watiki Indoor Waterpark. For those that have young children and are looking for something with a kid activity. I do NOT have any rooms reserved at these hotels and the shuttle to and from the venue will NOT be stopping at these hotels.
