Meet & Greet

7:00 pm

A welcome celebration for those wanting to start the party a day early. Come enjoy a drink with the wedding party and soon-to-be newlyweds! This venue is located on Camp Rapid, you must enter through the security gate off West Main Street and let them know you are going to the Coyote Den for the Bollinger Pre-Party. The building is located at 2910 Arndt dr. Rapid City, SD 57702. No dress code!

Ceremony

3:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. Dark emerald green and gold encouraged, but any color is great!

3:30 pm ceremony will be followed by family photos and cocktail hour. Grand entrance is at 5:30 pm followed by dinner and dance until 11. Don’t forget the shuttle bus will be transporting to and from the two hotels. Check the Travel or FAQ page for bus transport times. We cannot wait to see you!
