The Bride & Groom would like all to feel welcomed into our Catholic & Buddhist ceremonies. We have taken into account that there will be many "newbies" therefore, there will be helpful guides along the way. All we ask is during both ceremonies (Catholic Mass & Monk Blessing), our guests remain respectfully quiet as they are sacred moments. For the Catholic Mass, please only take communion if you have received the sacrament before. All are welcome to receive a blessing in the communion line.
A coat check will be provided at Lord Hill Farms to hold "party" dress attires for guests.
There’s plenty of parking at both venues (Catholic Church and Wedding Venue), so feel free to drive and park with ease. Bride & Groom would recommend to transport yourselves or carpool with other hotel guests. At the end of the night, Snohomish is a bit out of the main cities so please plan accordingly to have a bit of a wait time for an Uber/Lyft home (or schedule in advance). All guests will need to vacate Lord Hill Farms by 11:30pm due to a vendor contract.
If you are coming from out of town, we recommend arriving Friday evening, as our wedding festivities begin bright and early at 10:00 AM on Saturday.
The "time gap" is the little break between the morning Catholic ceremonies and the remaining wedding festivities. It’s a great time to grab lunch, freshen up, change into your secondary outfit, nap, or explore a bit!
Seattle in February can be a bit mysterious. We would recommend to pack layers (ex. sweaters/warm jackets), but all wedding festivities will be indoor. Lord Hill Farms will have a coat check. Average temp: 5°C / 41°F Highs: up to 14°C / 58°F Lows: can dip to -10°C / 14°F (rare, but possible!) It’s usually rainy, so pack an umbrella or a rain jacket, and check the forecast a week before traveling.
Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at Archer Hotel and Embassy Suites (see Travel tab). If the room block fills up, don’t worry — there are great Airbnb options nearby (Redmond, Kirkland, Woodinville, & Bothell will have the most options).
Bride & Groom will host non-alcoholic beverages, beer, & wine for all guests throughout the wedding day. However, alcohol will only be served after 6pm.
Please include this info in your RSVP. If you already RSVP’d and forgot to mention it, just shoot us an email at nawatandjazzy@gmail.com — we want to make sure everyone is happy and safe!
We’re keeping the celebration intimate and kindly ask that guests not bring a plus-one, unless explicitly invited. Thank you for understanding! 💖
In keeping with Khmer tradition, the bride & groom have opted out of using a traditional "wedding registry". We ask that all guests that feel inclined, provide a cash donation in a red envelope during the "Tying the Knot" ceremony. There will be a "card station" at the wedding venue for electronic donation and cards to write well wishes with red envelopes (should you forget).
We would ask you to refrain from taking photo at the Catholic mass but other events feel free to take and share photos — we’d love to see the day through your eyes! Just be mindful not to block the photographer’s view 💛
You can always reach us at nawatandjazzy@gmail.com! Bride & Groom know there will be many questions so please do not hesitate to ask!
