When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

The RVSP deadline is set to July 1st. Please ensure that you have responded by this date so we are able to communicate our final numbers with our amazing vendor team! If we do not receive a response by the deadline, we will have to assume you are unable to attend.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors. The reception will be held in an outdoor pavilion.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony is scheduled to begin promptly at 4pm. We encourage guests to plan to arrive at 3:45 to avoid tardiness. If you're running late- No hard feelings, it happens to us all! However to avoid interrupting our ceremony, we kindly ask you watch the ceremony from the top of the stairs, near town hall.

Where can we park?

Answer

There will be designated wedding parking in a gravel lot near our venue. This lot has limited parking. Please plan ahead to carpool or use the town shuttle!

How can I use the Mountain Express Shuttle?

Answer

The Mountain Express shuttle has a continuous loop that runs through downtown Crested Butte up to Mountaineer Square. To get around the Mount Crested Butte area (where our wedding will be held) there is also on-demand services. Requests can be made in advance through the First Tracks app.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage our guests to wear garden party cocktail attire. Think fun colors, patterns, and textures! Please keep in mind that it can get cooler in the evenings! Since our day primarily takes place outdoors, we want our guests to be comfortable in whatever they choose to wear.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all the children of our friends and family, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children not specifically listed on the invitation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, our treat to you! Please drink responsibly and remember that the altitude strengthens the effects of alcohol!
