Travel Note
We have reserved a number of room blocks at each of the 3 hotels listed below. We recommend staying in the downtown Newport area as welcome drinks, after party, and next day event will all be in Newport. The venue is 15 minutes outside of Newport and transportation will be provided. Please refer to our FAQ page for additional information to consider when choosing where to stay. We also recommend considering the many boutique hotels, B&Bs, and AirBnBs in the area.
Hotel
Room block available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights (10/3, 10/4, and 10/5) at a rate of $561 per night per room plus tax. Room block rate available through September 3rd. Travel Note
If you are planning to drive, please be cognizant of parking availability when booking your accommodations. If you are staying in downtown Newport, free street parking can be limited. Do not assume your accommodations will come with free parking.
Flight
PVD airport is the closest airport to fly into and is only a short 30 minute drive to downtown Newport
Train
We always take Amtrak to Newport and recommend travelling into the Kingston station which would then be a 30 min drive to downtown Newport. A second option would be travelling into the Providence station, however this is a further stop on Amtrak and then a 40 min drive to downtown Newport.
