Since high school, Kerstyn has been my person - my partner in crime for summer trips, conversations around our faith, and laughing until our stomachs hurt. Two Michiganders who found each other and never looked back. She's also the only person who could convince me to wake up early for a beach sunrise - and honestly, I'm always glad she does. Through every high and low she has shown up for me, and I can't think of anyone more deserving of the maid of honor title. Bestie for life!

Chad is a ZBT brother, a longtime friend, and now a cornerstone of the CCS family. He believed in Cody early on, lending a hand as a part-time porter between classes back in college. After years of staying connected, Chad officially joined the CCS team last summer as our controller and soon-to-be CFO. Incredibly intelligent, hardworking, and always willing to help, he brings the same heart to everything he does - and always finds a way to make you laugh along the way. So happy he's here celebrating with us!

Emily and I were destined to find each other through ADPi — one big and little match later and we've been inseparable ever since. We've celebrated every win together — graduations, new jobs, her incredible career as a teacher, and watching her become the most amazing mom to Brooks. She is the person I call when I need to talk through anything and everything, and apparently also my personal stylist for every wardrobe malfunction. I am so lucky to call her one of my best friends and my Matron of Honor!

Ben and Cody go way back to their ZBT fraternity days, and it's easy to see why the friendship has lasted. A true salt of the earth guy, Ben is as smart as he is funny - the kind of guy who can talk Warren Buffett and stock picks just as easily as he can make the whole room laugh. He has a huge heart and a love for nature, dogs, and good food. So grateful to have him standing up with us today!

Karen is practically a sister and my brother's better half! Mom to my sweet niece and nephew, Danni and Brooks, she has the most caring heart and will quietly catch you off guard with the funniest one liners. She is truly the sister I never had growing up and I have loved every moment of growing alongside her over these last several years. I'm so thankful she's not only part of our family, but part of our big day!

When you've been friends since middle school, you're not just a friend - you're family. That's Bailey. With a lifetime of memories and plenty of stories only these two could tell, he has been one of Cody's constants through it all. Now one of our directors of operations at CCS, watching his growth over the years has been such a joy. The life of the party with the biggest heart, there is no one else we'd rather have by Cody's side!

She is the life of the party, the first to show up when you need her, and the perfect person to share a margarita and some old school rap with. Since Cody has no brothers of his own, having Josh by his side means the world to them both. He is never afraid to speak his mind, always genuinely interested in what Cody and Justine are working on, and will have the whole room laughing in no time. A devoted dad to Danni and Brooks, a great partner to Karen, and a truly caring and kind family man through and through. So proud to call him family!
