Coeur d'Alene is a beautiful place to take a moment and enjoy the natural beauty of this place! There are so many options to book and we recommend staying somewhere in downtown. Why? Well you'll be a quick walk from bars, restaurants, and the beautiful north shore of the lake. Hiking trails and tons of natural scenery are right there to soak in! Don't miss this areas best season either! You'll see changing leaves, still have beautiful warm days, and maybe even catch some early October-fest activities!

Flight

Flying into GEG

We recommend you book a flight that will get you into Spokane in the morning or afternoon so you have time to relax, take in the scenery, and enjoy your weekend away! GEG (Spokane International Airport) is a really easy, and small, airport to navigate. There is also a rental vehicle area where you can pick up a car to reach your destination!

Travel Note

How to get to Coeur d'Alene from Spokane Airport

The best option is Uber or Lyft! This is a very common route for Uber and Lyft drivers doing to airport rounds. Uber and Lyft in Spokane is very reasonable, and travel time from Spokane Airport to CDA usually takes 45 minutes. I-90 can experience traffic starting at 4pm so arriving early should be in your game plan! Don't want to take Uber/Lyft? Rent a car! The Spokane Airport has a rental car area and can easily provide vehicles for up to seven passengers. Talk to our other friends and family to see if renting a vehicle might be a good option to split between a larger group. Make sure to secure your rental ahead of time! Unfortunately there are no direct public transit routes to our wedding! Our immediate families will be very busy leading up to the wedding so they will not be available for airport pick up and drop off. But don't worry! There are plenty of options, you got this!
