FAQs

This section is dedicated to the type-A planners and worry warts that most of us are! If you have other questions that we haven't addressed here, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Question

What's the weather looking like?

Answer

For all of you who might not know much about this neck of the woods, September is the perfect time of year to enjoy the great outdoors in the Inland NW! Our ceremony will be at the peak heat, 74 degrees and sunny, and the rest of the evening will steadily cool off. Please bring a sweater or jacket! Temps for the rest of the weekend should be lovely and warm during the day and fresh and cool at night. Please pack accordingly! xoxo Sam & Justin

Question

Is there a room block?

Answer

Nope! There are a huge variety of hotels and AirBnB's in Coeur d'Alene at a various price points. With that said, if you are looking for an accessible hotel within walking distance we recommend the Blackwell Hotel, Resort City Inn, the Roosevelt Inn and Spa, and the Coeur d'Alene Resort!

Question

Are Kids Invited?

Answer

We have opted to have a child free wedding and hope you can understand this choice. Our venue is rustic, with plenty of areas for littles to trip, fall, and be seriously injured if they are not closely monitored. With safety in mind, we will not be allowing guests under the age of 16 at our wedding.

Question

I have dietary restrictions. Will there be food I can eat?

Answer

Our goal is to make sure that you can fully enjoy our wedding, and we expect the food to be incredible! We are working with our chef to create a menu that is inclusive of people's allergies and restrictions, while being highly delicious. If you have a dietary restriction, please communicate with us ahead of the RSVP cutoff so we can have time to plan! We already plan to provide the following options: Vegan Gluten Free Nut Free Egg Free

Question

I have mobility issues. How can I easily get around the venue?

Answer

Our venue is rustic, with gravel, dirt, grass, forested areas, and concrete walkways. We will have a golf cart reserved to help our guests with mobility issues get around. If you have mobility issues, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare!

Question

I am driving to the venue! Will there be parking?

Answer

Absolutely! Our venue has a gravel parking lot with plenty of space. Please feel free to park at our venue or have your uber/lyft drop you off in the same area!
