Voyage back in time 400 years to the Citie of Henricus, the second successful English settlement in the New World! This is our venue, but it's also a living history park. Access to the historic sites will not be available during the wedding. If you would like to visit the living history park, ticketed entry is available between 10am - 4pm.
An island in the middle of the James River in downtown Richmond, Belle Isle offers wooded paths, mountain biking trails, a bicycle skills area, historical sites, wheelchair-accessible fishing at the quarry pond, and a granite wall for rock climbing. A pedestrian bridge under the Lee Bridge provides access from Historic Tredegar.
Built in 1928, the Byrd Theatre is now a State and National Historic landmark. Tickets are $8. We highly recommend a visit!
Maymont is a 100-acre historic estate and park, located in Richmond, Virginia, with many unique experiences for all to enjoy.
