Travel - Parking & Transporation
For the convenience of our guests, we have arranged for both ample parking at the venue, as well as a shuttle service from the hotels.
There will be complimentary parking available in the upper lot at the Pennsylvanian, located directly outside of the rotunda, guided by a parking attendant. Please see the photo above for an illustration of where to pull in to access the upper lot.
There will be complimentary shuttle services from the hotels to the venue beginning at 3:15. Most shuttles will arrive 10-20 minutes before departure, with a departure schedule as follows:
Omni (2 shuttles) - 3:40 PM and 4:15 PM departures
AC Hotel (1 shuttle) - 3:40 PM departure
Westin (1 shuttle) - 4:20 PM departure
Monaco (zero shuttles) - Please walk to the nearby Omni hotel to join the shuttle service there.
Shuttle service will begin back to hotels from the venue at 9:30 PM. 11 PM is the last shuttle from the venue.
The after party will resume shuttles to the hotels from Bill's until 2:15 AM.
