Is there a dress code?

Answer

The attire for the wedding is formal. Long dresses or similar formal attire for ladies, and jackets for the men!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have secured wedding rates at multiple hotels local to the venue: The Westin, Omni William Penn, and AC Hotel Pittsburgh. Links to book using the wedding rate for each of these hotels can be found on the "Travel" page. The after party at Bill's Bar and Burger is connected to the lobby of the Westin hotel. The wedding will take place during the same weekend as the 2026 Pittsburgh Marathon, so we encourage guests to book hotel stay as early as possible to secure the best rates!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:15 P.M., as the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 P.M.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors under the rotunda at the entrance to the Pennsylvanian. While we will be shielded from any precipitation, a breeze is a possibility! Following cocktail hour, the party will move inside the ballroom for dinner and dancing.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are generally unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation (though please reach out if your invitation was unclear or if you would like to request a plus one).

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Please feel free to take photos and videos throughout the day (and please share with us!), but please be sure that if any photos are taken during the ceremony or reception, all shutter sounds/cell phone noises are turned completely off.

While we adore all of your little ones, we have opted to keep the evening an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the evening. Thank you for understanding!
