We recommend flying into Cancun International Airport (~1 hr 20 min drive to Hilton Tulum). The Tulum International Airport also just opened (1 hr drive to resort), however ground transportation fees to and from the resort may be higher.

Airport transportation to resort

Our travel agent offers private, roundtrip transportation to the resort from Cancun Airport at a discounted rate of $70 per person. Once you have gone through customs, follow the signs for "Ground Transportation" to meet your driver, who will be holding a sign for you. Your driver will meet you, even if your flight is delayed. Please ignore all unauthorized taxi drivers.

Travel Note

Passport

Your passport gets its own special section because you will need a passport to travel to Mexico! Go ahead and look now to make sure you know where it's located and that it will not be expired. If you don't have a passport, you will need to apply for one. U.S. citizens do not need a visa to travel to Mexico.

Shuttle

Transportation to the wedding

For your convenience, roundtrip transportation will be provided from the resort lobby to the venue, a short 15-minute drive. Departure Shuttles will depart promptly at 4 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at the lobby by 3:45 pm to allow time for boarding and ensure you don't miss the shuttle. Return For guests who want a good night's sleep, return shuttles will begin at 9 pm. For those who wish to keep the party going, the final pickup is at midnight. If you need transportation outside of these scheduled times, the venue coordinator can assist you in arranging a taxi.
