Welcome Gathering

4:30 pm - 6:30 pm

To kick off the weekend festivities, throw on your best resort wear and meet us for a sunset happy hour by the beach in front of the main lobby. Evening resort wear includes pants and a collared shirt for men, jackets optional, and dresses or sets for women. Won't arrive in time? No worries! After dinner, you can find the bride and groom at the Azulinda Lobby Bar for a cocktail around 9 pm.

Wedding

Please join us as we say “I do” on a private, tropical beach, followed by a night of celebrating by the ocean. Attire This event is cocktail attire. Gentlemen, we kindly request a suit (tie optional). Ladies, we recommend dresses or sets of any length. Keep in mind that our ceremony will be outdoors on the beach, so please dress comfortably for sandy strolls, sunny skies, and cool sea breezes. Transportation For your convenience, roundtrip transportation will be provided from the resort lobby to the venue, a short 15-minute drive. Departure Shuttles will depart promptly at 4 pm. We kindly ask that you arrive at the lobby by 3:45 pm to allow time for boarding and ensure you don't miss the shuttle. Return For guests who want a good night's sleep, return shuttles will begin at 9 pm. For those who wish to keep the party going, the final pickup is at midnight. If you need transportation outside of these times, the venue coordinator can assist you in arranging a taxi.

Pool Party (or Recovery)

11:00 am - 4:00 pm

Monday is a federal holiday, so we invite our guests to extend their stay and join us on Sunday to lounge and recover by the pool! For those who may be feeling more adventurous, there are plenty of exciting excursions offered in the surrounding area. Please feel free to reach out to the travel agent or resort for more information on activities.
