There are pictures of us at an Easter party around the time we turned 6 years old. Neither of us remembers the day. Fast forward six years to middle school. I caught a glimpse of Justin's cute (Bieber-like) long hair and I couldn't forget him this time.

One summer night after graduating high school, Justin and I were up texting until 3am. We realized we were both hungry and made a plan to meet at the restaurant the distance directly between our two houses. That spot was Waffle House. And it was legendary. It took us a little less than a year to make it official.

We saved all our money for a big two-month trip to Southeast Asia. Towards the end of our first month, two of my best friends joined us in Thailand. We headed to Pai Canyon for a sunset hike. While my girls were taking a picture of us at the summit, Justin got down on one knee. I first said "are you for real?!" and then I said "YES!" We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you.
