Hi Everyone! We can’t believe we’ll all be together on the other side of the world in just a few weeks! We really are so excited. While some guests will be traveling around before the wedding, we just wanted to provide a few more details about our time together and what to expect. First, everyone will be staying on Villa Nemora’s grounds. There are three villas, all within walking distance of about ten minutes. We ask you to arrive directly to your assigned villa beginning 4:00pm on June 1st. At this time, there will be someone at each villa to direct you where to park and guide you to your assigned room. Please let us know if you expect to arrive any later than 6:00pm, and we can make sure someone will be there to assist. Once you arrive, there will be an updated itinerary in your room; please refer to that schedule. If there are any changes, we’ll communicate in-person. The morning of the wedding, many guests expressed interest in various activities around the area, as there will be some time before the 5:30pm ceremony. We’ve put together a list of vetted local experiences that can help guests plan their morning (see Things To Do at the top banner). We encourage you to plan/book these activities in advance if you are interested. During the wedding and planned festivities, there will be a shuttle assisting with transportation between villas. The grounds where the ceremony and reception take place are grass and gravel. Therefore, we politely recommend women opt for flats or wedges over thin heels, for a more comfortable experience (and to avoid a sprained ankle). Weather permitting, most events take place outdoors; so please be mindful of the Tuscan summer heat when outfit planning. Also worth mentioning, each villa is equipped with steamers, irons, and hairdryers for your convenience.
