There are two ways to enter the beach to the ceremony, one is through the main beach entrance near the "beachfront studio rooms" side of the resort. If you are walking towards to beach leaving the Resort Lobby walk straight towards the beach and go across the street into a parking lot. Walk towards the "dog washing station" and enter the beach that way. Once you are on the beach, turn right and walk towards the ceremony. Chairs will already be set up. Please save the first row on each side for the wedding party and immediate family of the bride and groom. If you are unsure how to find the ceremony location, the front desk will be available for assistance. There will also be a few wayfinding signs available.
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

Dress Code: "Beach Formal", Black-Tie optional, Cocktail Attire
The ceremony will be outside on the beach. Reception to follow will be inside. Please be seated by 5:15pm.
Appetizers and Refreshments
6:00 pm - 6:45 pm

There will be a few light bites available along with refreshments, please enjoy yourselves as the Groom and Bride wrap up pictures and get ready to join everyone for dinner!
Reception
6:45 pm - 9:00 pm

Dress Code: "Beach Formal", Black-Tie optional, Cocktail Attire
Please note, this reception will be inside but guests are welcome to venture out and spend time on the beach. The reception will end PROMPTLY at 9:00pm. At 9:00pm, the groom and bride ask all who would wish to stay to attend their beach bonfire for smores and quality time.
Dinner and Reception
6:45 pm - 7:15 pm

Catering for Dinner will be provided by The Wayfarer Restaurant. There will be non-alcoholic beverages included as well.
First Dance, Speeches, Cake Cutting, Dancing
7:30 pm - 9:00 pm

After everyone filters through the buffet line and get's some great food, the Bride and Groom will do their first dance, the Father Daughter Dances, the Mother and Son Dance, then speeches, and finally dancing for all!
Beach Bonfire
9:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Please join us after the close of our reception for a beach bonfire and smores.
Sparkler Send off

For those late-nighters, the last event of the evening will require a little bit of walking up the beach to be off the resort property for us to end out night with the Sparkler send off. Please be sure to douse and dispose of your sparklers after the exit of the Groom and Bride.
