It's Official!

As classic and beautiful as it sounds, growing together from best friends, to acquaintances, and eventually onto lovers our fairytale is a dream come true. While no love story is perfect growing up together and becoming the best versions of ourselves has been a wonderful gift that we wouldn't trade for the world! Justin and Ashlyn began their story as friends in primary and middle school, playing soccer and occasionally teasing the other about having cooties. As friendships developed the two grew a stronger connection where trust and genuine caring for each other was apparent to everyone except themselves. This was known as the best friend/acquaintance phase depending on who you ask ;). Then after a lovely beach trip and some hard heart to heart talks, it became apparent to the two that there really was something more than just friendship between them. Justin and Ashlyn started dating on August 28, 2018. After surviving the high-school phase of their relationship, the two tested the waters with a semi-long distance relationship for a year for Ashlyn's first year of college while Justin finished his senior year in high school. The world lost track of how many miles the two drove almost every other weekend to see each other and hang out, but nonetheless their love prevailed. In October 2021, the two moved into their first apartment together. Blessed with the gifts of a million memories, loving friends and family, and some of the funniest inside jokes that will never see the light of day the two continued their love story proudly. Fast forward a few years and you guessed it, December 2024 Justin proposed during a Christmas get together at Grandma and Grandpa Muzechenko's. Ashlyn of course said yes and the flood of happy news spread over phone calls, texts, in person conversations and last but not least - Facebook. With a wedding date set, and the planning begun the two work together to have the best wedding ever surrounded by their nearest and dearest. In the meantime, the two moved into a rental house in Philomath which has been another exciting chapter in their storybook. Ashlyn is working to thrive and excel at her job while Justin diligently works through his schooling and new job. The two cannot wait to start this next chapter in their life and want to thank everyone for their love, care, and support along the way. Here's to the newlyweds and the rest of their happily ever after!
