For those who decide not to stay at Tamborine Mountain Glades, we would please ask that you arrange your own transport to and from the venue. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you have any issues or need support please don't hesitate to contact the bride and groom.

Onsite - Wedding Day Transport

Answer

For those who are staying at Tamborine Mountain Glades, the venue offers an onsite shuttle buggy, to assist guests to and from your accommodation. If you choose to stay in the Mills Lodge, Glamping, Hillside Lodges, Forest Lodges or the Vistas, you can contact reception to request wedding day transport. We please ask that you let reception know ahead of time (perhaps on check-in) and no later than 4pm Wednesday, 8 October 2025.

Dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our wedding will be "rustic country semi-formal" attire. Weather permitting, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors so light and warm, earthy semi formal attire is highly encouraged, as are sunglasses! Gentlemen: suit or a dress shirt and slacks/chinos (tie and jacket optional) Ladies: gown, pantsuit, or dressy separates (stilettos not recommended) If you'd like further advice, check this video out! https://www.instagram.com/p/DDIAZywOyxe/?hl=en

Adult Only Event

While we love your little ones, due to venue capacity we politely ask that the ceremony and reception be adults only.

Can I bring a plus one to your wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, we're on a tight budget and have limited space, so we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Plus ones are therefore by invitation only and we ask other guests to please not bring a plus one. Thank you so much for understanding!
