Our Wedding Weekend

Hike to Cedar Creek Falls, Rock Pools and Look Out (optional)

Attire: Togs, Sturdy Shoes, Sunscreen

In the hope that the rain has visited, the Bride and Groom will likely be hiking to the Cedar Creek Falls and Rock Pools to kick off the wedding week! If you are in location, you are welcome to please join us. We are departing the Cedar Creek Falls carpark at 1pm to head to the trail- feel free to message to meet up with us and follow along! Beverages and nibbles are welcome; please ensure to take all rubbish with you! Cedar Creek Falls Track to Lookout LENGTH: 500m return (around 15 minutes walking time) DIFFICULTY: Easy walk for most families | Sealed track ACCESSIBILITY: Wheelchair and pram accessible with assistance Cedar Creek Falls Track to Rock Pools LENGTH: 1.1km return (around 30 minutes walking time) DIFFICULTY: Moderate walk for most families | Some inclines, stairs and slippery rocks ACCESSIBILITY: Not accessible for prams or wheelchairs

Welcome Dinner and Drinks (optional)

5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Tidy Casual: shorts or pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, and sandals. (Just no t-shirts, singlets or thongs).

We would love to invite you all to pre-wedding drinks on Wednesday, 7 October 2025 if you're around! This is an opportunity for you to meet all of those invited, have a drink with the bride and groom and really get the festivities started! Please RSVP for the pre-wedding gathering by 8 September 2025.

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Rustic Country Semi-Formal: The Bride has included a colour pallet for reference in the invitation. Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks/chinos.

Please arrive at 3:30pm for a 4pm start. You will be welcomed to the 'Lawn Bar' and at 3:50pm guests will be ushered to the ceremony location The Ceremony will be at the 'Amphitheatre', please reserve the first two rows for the bridal party and immediate family of the bride and groom. The Pre-Reception will be hosted back at the the 'Lawn Bar' where nibbles and the beverage package will begin! The Reception will then follow at the 'Island Glade'. All of these locations reside in the same general area of the venue i.e. walking distance meaning transportation will not be required (except to and from the venue).

After Party - Nibbles and Drinks (optional)

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

The parents of the Bride and Groom generously invites those who are interested to gather for a post wedding nibbles! If you're hanging around the Mountain you are more than welcome! Location will be advised once numbers are confirmed.
