Food
Don’t be afraid to explore Boston and all that it has to offer. Boston is known for its seafood, and we promise you the restaurants won't disappoint! The Royal Sonesta is located directly across from the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall. There are a plethora of retail stores and eateries such as the Cheesecake Factory, P.F. Chang's, and World of Beer, in addition to a food court. We would suggest taking a ride over to the North End to enjoy Italian cuisine from world famous eateries, topped off with a desert from Mikes Pastry.
Shopping
As previously mentioned, the host hotel is directly across from the CambridgeSide Galleria Mall. We would also suggest taking a stroll down to the popular Newbury St, where all shopping needs can be met. The Copley Mall is also located close to Newbury St, so we're sure that you'll be able to find everything that you need. There is also a plethora of restaurants and eateries located throughout these areas, so we are sure you’ll be able to find something that you’d like - ask us if you're looking for a suggestion!
Sites & Attractions
Feel free to take in many of the local museums, or hit Downtown Boston for a night in the Theatre District. Walk the Freedom Trail, or take in a world famous Boston duck boat tour. You can even take a tour of the Sam Adams & Harpoon Breweries. There’s plenty of art and history in Boston, so make sure you work in some time to see all that the city has to offer. If you want to extend your stay a little longer, plan a trip down the Cape to Martha’s Vineyard to relax in the sun and on the beach.
Sports & Entertainment
Lastly, it wouldn’t be right if David didn’t give his guests a few sporting options! Fenway Park: Home of the REIGNING World Series Champion Boston Red Sox! Visit historic Fenway Park near Kenmore Square, a short Green Line ride away from the host hotel. (Just a heads up, the Red Sox are playing the Yankee’s on 6/30/19! Grab a ticket and take in Fenway!) TD Garden: Home of the 17-time NBA Champions Boston Celtics & Boston Bruins. Also a very short ride away from the host hotel, and located near the North End. Gillette Stadium/ Patriot Place: Home to the REIGNING Super Bowl Champion New England Patriots & Thomas Edward Patrick Brady. It’s about an hour away from the host hotel by car, but worth the trip. Make sure to check out the Hall at Patriot Place while taking in all that Foxboro has to offer.
