Cocktail hour will take place from 5:30pm-6:30pm. Dinner will take place from 6:30pm-8pm. Reception and dancing will take place from 8pm-12am. Dinner Options are as follows: Every guest will receive their choice of minestrone or New England clam chowder. Please indicate your choice under the soup choice question. Entree- Cod Loin - Diced golden and sweet potatoes, melted leeks, fennel & tarragon parsley, champagne cream sauce. Stuffed Chicken Breast- Filled with prosciutto, asiago cheese, and arugula. Parmesan and chive risotto, french beans, baby peppers, Madeira wine sauce. Surf & Turf - Duo of petite mignon and half poached lobster tail, with corn flan, truffle mashed potatoes, asparagus, sauce bearnaise. Self-parking will be available at the hotel, courtesy of Shauna & David.
