(3/6/2026) We know some of you may have questions or concerns about traveling to Guanajuato given recent news. We completely understand, and we respect whatever decision feels right for you. Your safety and peace of mind come first, and we’re grateful for your love and support no matter what. For those who will be joining us, Guanajuato is a vibrant city that welcomes visitors from around the world every year, and many weddings with international guests take place there regularly. People are living their normal lives, celebrating, and gathering with family—one of the reasons we’re so excited to share this special place with you. When we travel to any unfamiliar place, we naturally have heightened awareness. But as I mentioned, life is going on in a peaceful manner, and it will be a wonderful experience. To help make things easier, we’ve organized a few logistics. On the Travel page of our wedding website, you’ll find a link to a trusted airport shuttle between the airport and Guanajuato. A taxi company will also be available and waiting for guests following the reception. We suggest having pesos in case credit cards are not accepted.
