Question
What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Our first choice of attire is tuxedos and floor length gowns or pants; however, we understand that this is not possible for everyone, and dark suits and tea length dresses are also appropriate. If you choose to wear heels, consider wearing thicker heels or wedges, as our ceremony is on the lawn and thin heels may sink.

Are my children invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Busses will be provided from the two hotels with room blocks to and from the wedding venue on October 4th. Transportation will not be provided for the welcome party or brunch; however, Ubers are readily available in Newport, and the welcome party is walkable (according to New Yorkers, so take this with a grain of salt) from the Newport Marriott Hotel (an 11 minute walk).
