Welcome BBQ

This is a casual BBQ to give us a chance to greet everyone and you all a chance to meet each other. Dress comfortable!

We will provide BBQ burgers, veggie burgers, chicken, and a salad. If you would like to bring a side dish, please do! Beer, ciders, seltzers, and sodas will be provided. Feel free to bring your own drinks if you want something specific. There will be a LINE DANCING lesson to get you ready for the dance floor for the next day! We will also have a bonfire, unless there are fire restrictions at the time. Non-aggressive dogs are welcome, as long as they don't chase wildlife. Bring a leash or a long lead just in case, and please be sure to pick up after your dog. Local folks and those driving to us, please bring camp chairs if you have them!

Wedding

4:00 pm

Semi-Formal ranch-appropriate attire is recommended. We will be on dirt and grass, and the dance floor is concrete. Wear comfy shoes (cowboy boots are acceptable)!

Please plan to arrive by 3:30 to allow yourself time to park and walk to the ceremony area. Ceremony starts at 4:00 p.m. followed by a cocktail hour Dinner at 6:00 p.m. followed by drinks, dancing, and a bonfire (unless there is a fire ban)! We have the venue all night, but music needs to get turned down by 10:00 p.m. Sorry, no dogs today.

Brunch

10:00 am

This is a casual brunch, dress comfortable!

We will provide eggs, bacon, a potato scramble, and some fruit. Coffee, tea, and other beverages will also be provided. Non-aggressive dogs are welcome, as long as they don't chase wildlife. Bring a leash or long lead just in case, and please be sure to pick up after your dog. Local folks and those driving to us, please bring camp chairs if you have them!
