If you do not wish to stay at the Embassy Suites but would prefer a nearby hotel, there is a Hyatt and a Fairfield Inn directly across from the Embassy Suites. Please note that if you do not stay at the Embassy Suites but would like to utilize the shuttle for transportation, you must meet at the Embassy Suites by the time of departure. There are no alternative pick up locations.

The shuttle leaves promptly at 2:55pm. The venue is about 30 minutes from the hotel. If you miss this shuttle, you will need to drive yourself or Uber/Lyft. There is plenty of parking at the venue.
