There will be a buffet dinner and beers on tap. Cocktails, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options will be available at the bar, as well. The tab is under "Mercer". Please let us know if you have any food allergies. Cat, Julie, and their bridal party will join you after their rehearsal. Tacklebox Brewing is a less-than 15 minute drive from the hotel. You are responsible for your own transportation, but we can help coordinate if you are in town without a vehicle. Please let us know if you will be needing a ride.

This event is formal.
Please arrive to the venue by 3:30pm. The shuttle leaves Embassy Suites at 2:55pm. There is only one departure time. If you do not make the shuttle, you will have to drive yourself. The venue has ample parking (including overnight) and you can pick your car back up on Sunday morning, if need-be.
Reception

There is a shuttle back to the hotel at 10:00pm. However, if you need to leave early for any reason, the shuttle can accommodate early trips back to Embassy Suites.
