Perfect time of year for apple picking and Honey Pot Hill is one of the best orchards in the state! This is a 4 minute drive from the wedding venue. Honey Pot Hill Orchards was founded in 1926, when Clifford Martin purchased a 70 acre all-purpose farm in Stow, MA. The farm has since grown and evolved to 186 acres of apples, peaches, blueberries, and a few other small crops. Honey Pot Hill has been in the Martin family for four generations--now run by Andrew and Chelcie Martin, a father-daughter team. Beyond apple picking, they have hay rides, farm animals, a maze, cider (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), and a large farm stand with cider donuts and other seasonal treats.

As you know, Cat and Julie love going to breweries and this is their favorite in the area. The beers are delicious and rotate seasonally. They are specifically fond of their IPAs. Lost Shoe also roasts their own coffee and even serves coffee flights! Grab a 4pack before heading out of town! Lost Shoe is about 13 minutes from the Embassy Suites Hotel.
We wanted to mention that the hotel has a large bar and restaurant inside, as well as vending machines that have BEER in them! Everything you need is right at the hotel.
Should you need a store due to wardrobe malfunctions or forgetting to pack your toothbrush, there is the Solomon Pond Mall, about 8 minutes away from the hotel, with many stores to choose from! There is also a Marshalls right next door to the hotel.
