Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to limited capacity and to keep our wedding intimate, we can only accommodate those listed on your specific invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

What airport should I fly into and where should I stay?
Answer
When booking your flight, select Asheville Regional Airport as your destination. A discounted hotel block has been reserved at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Weaverville but there are many other hotel or AirBnB options in Asheville. Please see the travel page of our website for more information or reach out for other recommendations.

What is the address of the wedding ceremony and reception venue? Is there parking?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held at Claxton Farm. The address for your GPS is: 288 Upper Flat Creek Road Weaverville, NC 28787 When driving East on Flat Creek Road, you will start to see red and orange Claxton Farm signs. Just after you pass a small, red brick house on the right, take a LEFT onto a gravel driveway and continue straight up the hill and follow event signs. That will lead you to the top of the hill where the venue is located. There is parking on site. Note, there are two entrances to the farm. You will want to enter through the second one.

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail Attire: long or midi dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits; jacket and tie. No jeans please. We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing white, ivory or champagne.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm EST. Please plan on arriving anytime between 4:30pm and 4:45pm but not too much earlier as the venue may still be setting up.

How can I get to the wedding venue?
Answer
If you aren't driving in or renting a car, Ubers and Lyfts are available to and from the venue.

What is the easiest way to get around Asheville?
Answer
If you plan on visiting for a few days and would like to explore, we recommend renting a car. There are several rental companies located directly in the airport terminal. Summer is a busy travel season in Asheville so we strongly recommend reserving in advance. Ubers & Lyfts are readily available to take you anywhere throughout your stay.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
We are planning for an outdoor ceremony and the reception will be held indoors. Fingers crossed for no rain but if Mother Nature isn't on our side, the venue has a rain plan. May temperature usually average in the 70s, cooler in the mornings and evenings.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?
Answer
We will have some gluten free dinner and dessert options but if you have a specific allergy or other restrictions, please reach out to us directly so we can make arrangements with our caterer.
Question
Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue with a short break in between while we finish up pictures.
