Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive Entrance
One of our favorite spots for date night. You can do the infamous dune climb for a killer workout or just take in the views from the top!

Sleeping Bear Dunes
The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore is a huge part of what Northern Michigan is known for. Glen Arbor is filled with some of our favorite hikes, but you can't go wrong no matter where you go!

You'll have a chance to taste Verterra's amazing wines and ciders at our wedding, stop by for an early tasting or to buy your favorite drinks after the wedding!
Empire Bluff Trail
An amazing view of Lake Michigan and sleeping bear dunes. A favorite hike with Julia's parents.
Dune Climb Lot
At the top of the first dune, you have an amazing view of Glen Lake. For those who dare to go further, you can see Lake Michigan-just remember that you have to make it back to the parking lot!
Pyramid Point Trail
Great view of Lake Michigan and the Manitou Islands!
Frankfort
Super close to Julia's cottage, this is our most visited town. Grab some ice cream, stop in the bookstore, and make sure you take a walk on (or a dive off of) the pier!
Point Betsie Road
One of our favorite places to walk the beach, watch the sunset, or if you take Julia's parents pick up rocks. Watch out for the rare and beautiful Petoskey stone!
Riverside Canoe Trips
A year into dating, we went down the river with Zach's extended family, which included Zach kayaking with Julia attached in an innertube, and later with Zach's cousin in her arms. A great place to grab an ice cream and sit by the river, or rent kayaks, canoes, stand up paddle boards, or tubes and float down the river and into Lake Michigan!
