While a lot of places do take credit card, most small vendors and street merchants require cash. We recommend taking out pesos before you get into town. The ATM in Sayulita can run out during busy times. And yes, we’re in Mexico- be careful with the water! Always ask for bottled water at restaurants. We have personally never had a problem with iced drinks in Sayulita, but use your best judgement. Don’t open your mouth in the shower and make sure to keep a water bottle by your tooth brush. We recommend staying away from the main beach to swim, but the other beaches are fine. Finally, all of the locals are SO friendly. Have fun and get to know some new amigos!
The wedding ceremony and reception will be at Teitiare Estate. We will have a shuttle service to bring guests to and from our venue that will pick up and drop off in the center of the town. Pick up time will be at 4:30pm in the main town center at the big/coloful Sayulita sign.
