4 months shy of our 10 year dating anniversary

Day 1 of Freshman Year of Organic Chemistry in Room 1800 of the Chem Building at the University of Michigan. As the story goes, Julia wrote down her number in Nikhil's lab notebook so that she had someone to study with...it was covalent bonding at first sight! Technically, Julia and Nikhil crossed paths through a mutual connection during their senior year of high school at a regional Science Olympiad competition.
