Château du Doux

The Chateau is where most of the events, including the wedding, will be held. Accommodations include a three night stay, French continental breakfast every morning, a pre-stocked bar for the weekend, shuttle transportation for a day-trip to a nearby village, and a whole lot of French food! The price per person to stay at the Chateau for the weekend is 350€. Please email our wedding planning team to reserve your stay at hello@andthenwegotmarried.com

Please let us know if you'd prefer not to stay at the Chateau. We'd be happy to recommend other hotels and Airbnbs in the area. Just note that if you're staying offsite, you'll need to have your own mode of transportation to get to and from the venue.

Flight

Airports

Guests can fly into Paris, Toulouse, or Brive Airports. Flights into Paris are usually direct and the most economical. From Paris, it's a 4.5 hour train ride or drive to the region. Toulouse is a large international airport 2.5 hours from the venue by car or train, and Brive is a small puddle jumper airport about 50 minutes away if you'd prefer to fly from Paris.

Flight Deals

In order to find the most affordable airfare, we'd advise you to sign up for Scott's Cheap Flights (the free membership is fine) and/or track the dates/locations on Google Flights, Hopper, or any other flight tracking sites you use. 

Train

Train

From Paris, you can catch the train to Brive at Austerlitz station. It runs nearly hourly during the day, and is about 15-45 euro per person one way. We suggest booking your train in advance. You can also take the train from Toulouse to Brive.
