Welcome Event and Cocktail Hour

Cocktail/Casual Attire

This is for any guests who will be flying in before the wedding on the 6th and it will be optional to attend. We are looking to meet everyone for a 2-hour cocktail hour and welcome party to mingle and say hello to our guests before the big day! The event will take place at the Jazz Bar located in the Grand Hyatt hotel. This event will take place from 7 PM - 9 PM. No specific dress code is required, please wear whatever you would like.

Rehearsal Dinner

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

White Party Themed Rehearsal Dinner - Wedding Party and Immediate Family ONLY.

Practice for the ceremony will begin at 5 PM on East Beach. Dinner will be from 6 PM-9 PM at the Beach Garden outside of Marcus Fish & Chop House. The attire for guests will be a white party so everyone please wear all white! Thank you!

Wedding Day!

5:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal Attire

The Ceremony will take place on the East Beach of the Grand Hyatt property. The Cocktail Hour will also be held on the beach in the same location. The Reception will follow on East Beach separate from the ceremony. Reminder, the property is fairly large so I would suggest comfortable shoes, shoes will not be required once the reception and party has begun!
