SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
SHUTTLES TO CEREMONY
Two coach buses will be at the Orrington Hotel and one coach bus will be at Graduate Hotel to take guests to the Gilbert Residence. They will arrive at 5:00pm and we recommend you begin loading at 5:00pm. They will depart promptly at 5:30pm.
5:00 pm - Buses arrive to Orrington & Graduate
5:30 pm - Buses depart from Orrington & Graduate
6:00 pm - Ceremony Begins
If you miss the bus, we recommend taking an Uber to the wedding. The address is 589 Ingleside Park, Evanston IL. The uber will have to drop you off on Sheridan Road.
EVENING SHUTTLE SCHEDULE
There will be two buses available to shuttle guests back to the hotels from the wedding from 10:30pm - 2:00am, every 30 minutes. The buses will load on Sheridan Road, at the same place they will have dropped you off for the wedding.
Shuttle Times:
10:30pm, 11:00pm, 11:30pm, 12:00am, 12:30am, 1:00am, 1:30am, 2:00am
