Things To Do
Clark Street Beach aka Lake Michigan!!
Both hotels are right near Lake Michigan. It's an easy 10 minute walk from either hotel to get to Clark Street Beach. Bring a bathing suit if you're in the mood to take a morning dip!
Colectivo Coffee Evanston
If you need a coffee on Saturday morning, this spot is a 2 minute walk from the Orrington or a 5 minute walk from the Graduate. They have lots of options for coffee, smoothies, food and pastries.
Bennison's Bakery
Old school bakery that's been open since 1938!
Northwestern University
Both hotels are just down the street from Northwestern University. It's an easy walk up a few blocks to explore the campus.
Hewn
This is a bit farther from downtown Evanston. If you have a car and are down for a drive, Hewn has yummy baked goods and sandwiches.
Baháʼí House of Worship
This is also a bit further and likely requires a car, but you can visit the Bahai temple in Wilmette. They have beautiful gardens surrounding the temple, it's a great place to take in the scenery.
