Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel in Uptown for our guests! The hotel will be the central hub for the weekend with a shuttle bus departing from here to the wedding venue (scroll for details). Shuttle
Wedding Shuttle

Our wedding venue is in Concord, NC, a 30 minute drive northeast of Uptown Charlotte. Since we anticipate that the majority of our guests will be staying in Uptown Charlotte, we are providing a shuttle to and from the venue. On the day of the wedding, the shuttle will leave the Kimpton Tryon Park Hotel (303 S Church St, Charlotte, NC 28202) at 4:15. There will only be one shuttle to the wedding, so don't miss it! The early bird shuttle will leave the venue at 9:00 pm, but if you want to keep the party going, join us on the later shuttle at 11:00! Of course, you are welcome to arrange your own transportation. Note, however, that Ubers and other ride-share services may be hard to come by due to the distance from Uptown, and a ride may cost up to $50-60 each way.
Flight
Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT)
CLT is conveniently located 15 minutes from Uptown Charlotte. Unless you are staying near our venue in Concord, NC, it will be much more convenient for you to fly into CLT.
Train
Charlotte's Light Rail
If you are staying in Uptown Charlotte, the Light Rail is a quick, easy and efficient way to visit NODA (Charlotte's arts district) or South End (our neighborhood). To purchase a ticket, download the "CATS-pass" app on your phone. Navigate to the "Buy" tab, select "Local Bus & Lynx" and purchase your desired ticket (one-way tickets cost $2.20 and are good for 1.5 hours from activation) See the "Things to Do" tab for more details.
