Question

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP here https://www.zola.com/wedding/juliaandandrewmarch29/rsvp by February 21, 2025.

Question

Where is the wedding located?

Answer

The wedding is at The Hotel Concord, located at 14 Union St N, Concord, North Carolina 28025.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Although our wedding is in Concord, a 30 minute drive northwest of Uptown Charlotte, we recommend that our guests stay in Uptown because of its convenience to the airport, availability of lodging and variety of entertainment. We have reserved hotel blocks at the Kimpton Tryon Park and the Aloft Charlotte City Center. Please see the "Travel & Accommodations" tab for more details.

Question

What time should I arrive? Is there transportation to the wedding?

Answer

Please find your seats by 5:20 pm as the ceremony will promptly start at 5:30 pm. We are arranging a shuttle that will leave at 4:15 pm from Uptown Charlotte. Please see the "Travel & Accommodations" tab for more details.

Question

Is parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, complimentary parking is available in the downtown Concord parking deck. Please navigate to 28 Cabarrus Avenue W., Concord, NC. The parking deck is one block from the wedding venue.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is black tie optional. More specifically, tuxedo or suit and tie for men and long gowns/dresses for women. The entire wedding will take place indoors.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue constraints, we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus ones for everyone. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be noted on your RSVP. If you have any questions, please reach out to us. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Question

Are infants and children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

We kindly request that infants and children attend only if specifically invited. We hope this allows for a more relaxed atmosphere and ensures all guests have an enjoyable experience. Thank you for your understanding!

Question

Can I take photos?

Answer

To ensure our professional photographers capture all the special moments, we kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and key events. However, feel free to snap photos during the reception and other moments—we’d love to see your memories from the day!
