Are kids invited?

We love your kids, we really do! But for one evening, we'd love for you to leave the little ones at home, let loose, and enjoy a kid-free night of great food, drinks, dancing, and celebration with us! While our wedding will be adults-only, immediate family and children participating in the wedding will be joining us.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Guests are welcome to arrive beginning at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we encourage arriving at least 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and getting settled before the festivities begin.

Where should I park?
Answer
Parking is available in the venue's parking lot for all wedding guests. Once you arrive, simply follow the posted signs or directions from the venue staff.

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place at Botanica, so once you arrive, you can settle in and enjoy the entire celebration without needing to travel between venues.

Is this a Halloween costume party?
Answer
Not this time! While our wedding falls on Halloween, we're celebrating with a vintage-romantic, candlelit garden atmosphere. We'd love for you to help bring our vision to life with elegant cocktail attire. Think flowing dresses, tailored suits in warm muted colors and timeless fabrics that complement the evening's romantic ambiance.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our wedding will be held entirely outdoors, including the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We recommend checking the weather before you arrive and dressing comfortably for an evening under the open sky.

Will food and drinks be provided?
Answer
Absolutely! We'll be serving dinner, and an open bar will be available throughout the celebration. Come hungry, raise a glass with us, and get ready for a fun evening of great food, drinks, and dancing!

Is transportation provided?
Answer
Transportation will not be provided, so we kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation to and from the venue. We recommend using Uber or Lyft if you plan to enjoy the open bar, or designating a driver if you'll be driving. We want everyone to celebrate safely!

Due to our intimate guest list, we can only accommodate those guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What happens if it rains?

No need to worry—we have a Plan B! While we're hoping for beautiful Southern California sunshine, the venue features a spacious built-in tent with heaters that will keep everyone warm, comfortable, and dry if Mother Nature has other plans. Rain or shine, we'll be celebrating together!

Why is the wedding on Halloween?
Answer
Halloween has always held a special place in our hearts because it's the day our story began. We met at a Halloween party on October 31, 2017, and what started as one unexpected conversation turned into a lifetime of adventures together. Getting married on the anniversary of the day we met felt like the perfect way to celebrate where it all began and the next chapter we're so excited to start together.
