It's funny how life works. Two people can be living completely separate lives, never knowing that one ordinary evening will quietly change everything. For Judy and Payam, that evening was October 31, 2017. They met at a Halloween party hosted by Payam and his roommates, who had all coordinated costumes. Eight years later, they still find themselves amazed that one Halloween party brought their paths together at exactly the right moment. It feels only fitting that they're returning to where it all began, celebrating their wedding on the very same day their story first started.

While exploring the enchanting gardens of Parque de Pena in Sintra, Portugal, Judy and Payam wandered through lush greenery, moss-covered rock formations, and hidden ponds as golden hour filtered through the trees. Payam suggested they stop for a photo in a quiet garden nook. Judy immediately thought something was up since it wasn't exactly like Payam to ask for pictures! But even with a small suspicion, nothing could have prepared her for what happened next. As she turned around, Payam was down on one knee. In an instant, eight years of memories, adventures, and love came rushing in. Through happy tears, Judy said "YES!" They spent the rest of the afternoon wandering the gardens, soaking in the moment and dreaming about the exciting new journey ahead. That magical afternoon marked the beginning of a brand-new chapter, one they are so grateful to share with all of you.
