Juan and Jackie first crossed paths in 2012 at a youth church group. At the time, she was simply known as "the little sister" of Juan’s friend, and he was just a familiar face in her sister’s circle. But God had already begun writing a greater story. Everything changed the day Juan completed his consecration to the Virgin Mary. After the celebration, a group of friends decided to go to the beach—and it was there, under the open sky and gentle waves, that Juan and Jackie truly connected for the first time. Just a few months later, on October 11, 2012, Juan asked her to be his girlfriend with a line that still makes them smile: “Are you down to ride?” With that, their journey of love, faith, and growth began. As high school sweethearts, they’ve shared countless milestones—first jobs, first cars, graduations, and career achievements. Through every season, from moments of joy to challenges that tested their strength, they’ve remained anchored in faith and rooted in prayer. Their relationship has been far from perfect, but it’s always been centered on grace, forgiveness, and unconditional love. Then on March 2, 2024, surrounded by Jackie’s family, Juan asked a new question: “Are you down to ride with me forever?” With hearts full of love and gratitude, Jackie said yes. That same night, they shared the joyful news that they were expecting their first child—a blessing that felt like God’s perfect timing. Now, exactly thirteen years from the day Juan first asked her to be his girlfriend, they’ll stand before God, family, and friends on October 11, 2025, to say “I do.” Their story has been one of growth, faith, and unwavering commitment—and with their little one by their side, they’re ready to continue the ride, trusting that God's hand will guide every step of the way.

Juan y Jackie se conocieron en el año 2012 en un grupo juvenil de la iglesia. En ese entonces, ella era conocida simplemente como “la hermanita” de una amiga de Juan, y él, solo una cara familiar en el círculo de su hermana. Pero Dios ya estaba escribiendo una historia mucho más grande para ellos. Todo cambió el día en que Juan hizo su consagración a la Virgen María. Después de la celebración, un grupo de amigos decidió ir a la playa, y fue ahí—bajo el cielo abierto y junto al sonido de las olas—donde Juan y Jackie conectaron de verdad por primera vez.
